1. Who we are
At pumpt we believe going green should be easy. We provide EV charging solutions all-in-one place that starts from manufacturing to installation, ﬁnance to insurance, and servicing for years to come and not just for now.
2. Consumers – deﬁnition and minimum legal rights
We are compelled by law to inform consumers that we have a legal obligation to provide items that are in compliance with the contract. Furthermore, nothing in this section aﬀects Consumers’ legal rights in relation to goods that are not in accordance with the contract, whether because they are defective, misrepresented, or otherwise. Your local Trading Standards agency or Citizens’ Advice Bureau can help you understand your legal rights.
3. Your obligations
Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
4. Forming a contract with us
We enter into a legally binding contract when you accept the ﬁxed estimate we provide you. Our partner Installer will be your installation contractor. Together we’ll set up an installation date with you, come to your home or workplace (to do a site survey if necessary for workplaces), deliver your products (if they weren’t supplied by a courier), complete the installation, and have you ready to get pumpt.
5. Price and payments
The cost of your charger, accessories and installation will be advised on a ﬁxed quote basis for 7 days or less, the quote may vary from time to time; however, you can refuse to proceed if the price provided does not meet your expectations. You can do this up to anytime before making a payment and the installation date being ﬁxed for you.
Any applicable VAT is already factored into the pricing.
You must make the required payments within the speciﬁed payment intervals and use one of the payment options speciﬁed in the quote. The contract will automatically terminate if we do not receive full payment in cleared funds within any applicable payment period.
You give us and our third-party payment provider permission to receive payment and/or charge your payment card for the amounts and at the periods speciﬁed. You must keep your payment card information up to date as needed.
If you have a payment dispute, you must contact us immediately with all relevant information.
We may terminate or suspend this agreement on email notice if any payment owing to us is unpaid or unjustiﬁably levied back.
Unless otherwise mentioned on our website, all shipping dates and times are approximations only.
We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a delivery delay (a) if circumstances beyond our reasonable control cause the delay and we could not have taken reasonable steps to address the delay, or (b) if you have failed to provide us with proper delivery instructions.
If you receive notiﬁcation of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your obligation to contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery using the information supplied. We reserve the right to leave items on the porch, hall, or reception as available or with a neighbour if no one is there to accept them.
Once the equipment is delivered, the customer is responsible for keeping it safe and dry. If equipment is destroyed, removed, or packaged opened, the customer will be accountable for any costs or damages incurred by themselves and the Company.
Once an installation date has been conﬁrmed and you need to cancel and re-arrange another date/time, you agree to pay us the cancellation cost speciﬁed in our quote if you cancel the installation less than 48 hours in advance or are not present when our installers arrive. We will reschedule providing the cancellation fee has been paid.
8. Cancellation/ Cancellation fee
We retain the right to charge an administration fee of £80.00 if you cancel the request after we have started your OLEV approval.
If an installation requires more than one visit or if we need to reschedule the installation for any reason, we are not legally responsible for any delays or otherwise.

Most of the Company’s high-value items come with our manufacturer-backed parts and labor warranty. If making a warranty claim the customer must submit this directly through their account or by contacting email@example.com
Following the installation, your equipment warranty with pumpt is automatic. The guarantee is guaranteed by pumpt.
The direct cost of uninstalling and returning the goods will be your responsibility. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from placing an order.
We will make the refund as soon as possible, but no later than:
- 14 days after we receive any goods you have supplied back from you, or
- 14 days after you provide documentation that you have returned the products.
It is your obligation to get the charger de-installed safely by someone who is qualiﬁed to do so.)
We will reimburse using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the items back or until you provide proof of having shipped the goods back, whichever comes ﬁrst. We will assess the condition of the goods returned and refund on the basis of the resale value of the goods returned.
You must return or hand over the items to us without delay, and in any case, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation of the contract by email with your original order details to firstname.lastname@example.org
12. Price Comparisons
- Price match offer applies on products that are similar or equal to Pumpt products you are interested in purchasing and is only applicable to charger or charger with installation costs.
- Price match offer will be verified and assessed after the following conditions are met:
- You have received a pumpt quote
- You have received a quote from a competitor
- Screenshots of the quote are provided for assessment
- If we are able to meet the price, we will update your quote to the appropriate cost, which will then be available for final purchase.
- If we are unable to meet the price, your amazon gift card will be sent via email within 60 days of receiving the confirmation email that we are unable to meet the price.
- Refer a friend and get a £25 amazon voucher each within 60 days of your friend’s purchase.
- Offer applies for a purchase of a charging unit or fully installed charger package.
